Yanmar YGB206 72-Inch 200 Series Grader Blade

The YGB206 is the 72-inch standard-duty blade in Yanmar’s 200 Series, sized for compact tractors from about 20 to 45 HP. Six feet of blade clears wide drives, farm lanes and parking areas in fewer passes, and it is wide enough to be a useful snow tool for pushing drifts off a long driveway.

Built for Regular Use

At about 213 pounds, it keeps the lighter 200 Series frame while adding width. The moldboard is quarter-inch steel, the reversible cutting edge is high-carbon and heat-treated, and the blade angles to five positions each way up to 45 degrees. A Category 1 quick-hitch compatible mount makes it easy to swap with other three-point tools.

Snow Work

Angling the blade and driving forward windrows snow to the side, which keeps the tractor from climbing a growing pile. Fitting the tractor with chains or loaded tires makes a big difference in traction when pushing snow with a rear blade.

The YGB206 is the lighter, lower-cost choice for everyday grading. The heavy-duty YGB306 at the same width adds weight and offset capability for tougher ground and larger tractors.
