BCS Quick Hitch Cover

A quick hitch is only quick while its tang stays clean. Attachments that sit disconnected for a season collect dust and grit on the exposed tang, and damp air leaves surface rust, until the tang no longer slides into the tractor’s bushing without a fight. This vinyl cover slips snugly over an exposed quick hitch tang on a stored implement and keeps the dirt and moisture off.

Where It Helps Most

The cover earns its small price on implements that spend months off the tractor: a snow thrower stored all summer, a tiller parked over winter, a sickle bar hung on the wall between hay cuts. It goes on and off by hand in seconds.

Storing Implements Well

Before fitting the cover, wipe the tang clean and give it a thin film of grease or oil, so any moisture trapped under the cover meets a protected surface. Store the implement off a concrete floor where possible, since concrete draws damp. One cover per stored implement is the simplest routine.
