BCS Dozer Blade Box End Plates (Scraper Kit)

A flat dozer blade pushes loose material, but much of it spills off the ends. These box end plates bolt to both ends of the BCS 36 inch dozer blade and turn it into a box scraper, which carries material along instead of losing it, making grading and scraping loose gravel, sand or soil much more efficient.

Formed, Not Welded

The plates are cut from 5/16 inch steel by laser and formed to shape rather than welded, because welds can fracture after extended use. A powder-coated paint finish protects them. The kit includes both plates and all the hardware needed to fit them, with an illustrated assembly guide.

Grading a Drive

With end plates fitted, drag material from the high spots to fill the low ones in long passes, letting the box carry the surplus. Several light passes produce a smoother grade than one heavy one. Wheel weights on the tractor help in push mode.

Installation

Fitting the kit is not complicated; follow the supplied guide and recheck the bolts after the first session of grading.
