BCS 4000 PSI PTO Pressure Washer

This pressure washer turns a BCS tractor into a self-propelled cleaning rig. It delivers 4,000 psi at 4 gallons per minute, which BCS expresses as 16,000 cleaning units (pressure multiplied by flow), and it drives itself to the job on the tractor rather than being dragged there on a cart. It fits the 739 and larger tractors, those with 11 HP and up.

An AR Pump Built for Hours of Use

The pump comes from AR, a specialist pump maker, and is built with a forged brass manifold, ceramic plungers and stainless-steel valves for long periods of use and a long service life. Because it is driven from the PTO, the engine can be started first and the pump brought in afterwards, rather than starting under load.

Wand, Hose and Tips

A pistol-style wand 36 inches long has an adjustable side handle for a steady, comfortable grip. The supplied 50 foot non-marking hose extends to 100 feet with the included swivel quick coupler and an extra hose (not supplied). Five nozzle tips give spray angles of 0, 15, 25, 40 and 65 degrees, from pinpoint stripping to wide rinsing, and the powder-coated steel frame stores the wand, hose and tips. An optional soap injector kit is available.

Choosing the Right Tip

At 4,000 psi the 0 degree tip can cut wood, strip paint from metal and etch concrete, so start every job with the widest tip that works and close in only as needed. Keep the nozzle moving and well back from tires, seals and siding. Never point any tip at skin. Coverage on BCS attachments is three years residential and one year commercial.

Pump Options on a BCS

The water transfer pump moves large volumes of water at low pressure for filling and draining, and the high-pressure irrigation pump drives sprinklers over a distance. The pressure washer is the one for cleaning equipment, barns, decks and paving.
