The YZ360 is where Yanmar’s zero-turn line moves from homeowner pace to working pace. It keeps the manageable 60-inch deck but pairs it with a 27 HP Kawasaki FX850V and Parker transaxles, and raises top speed to 11 mph. For owners mowing several acres every week, that combination shortens the job without making the mower any harder to fit through gates or onto a trailer.

Built for Hours in the Seat

The FX850V is Kawasaki’s premium air-cooled V-twin, with the torque to hold blade speed when the deck is buried in wet grass. Parker HTJ transaxles handle the drive, the deck is 7-gauge fabricated steel, and a 12.5-gallon fuel capacity means long days without stopping to refuel. The 300 Series seat has more suspension travel than the 200 Series, which matters most on rough pasture edges where the mower spends time at full speed. An electric deck lift kit, YZDL300-400, is available for owners who change cutting height often. Checking blade sharpness every twenty or so hours pays off at this pace, because a dull blade tears grass tips at 11 mph far more visibly than it does at walking speed.
