The SWZL is the large-frame version of Scag’s fixed-deck hydro walk-behind, and at 61 inches with a 22 horsepower Kawasaki FS it is the most expensive walk-behind in the catalog.

A Frame Built for the Width

Hanging a 61 inch Velocity Plus deck off a standard walk-behind frame would ask more of it than it was designed for, which is why the SWZL exists as a separate, heavier chassis rather than as a wide-deck option on the SWZ. The machine is correspondingly substantial, and it is intended for continuous work rather than occasional use.
