BCS HD 2-Stud Quick Hitch Bushing for the 750 and 889

On the Model 750 and the 889, the quick hitch works the other way round from other BCS tractors: the tang is built into the tractor and the bushing goes on the attachment. This 2-stud heavy-duty bushing is the one most of their attachments use, and BCS’s application chart marks it as required for almost every PTO tool on those two tractors.

Covering Most of the Range

Tillers from 26 to 30 inches, the precision depth rollers, power harrows, sweepers, sickle and dual action bars, the brush mowers, the 30 inch flail and RollerBlade, the chipper/shredder and the 40 inch snow blade all mount on a 750 or 889 through this bushing. Only the heaviest attachments step up to the 3-stud version.

Why One per Implement

The 750’s cast-iron mounting was designed so heavy tools could be swapped quickly, and that only works if each tool already carries its bushing. Moving one bushing between implements with a wrench defeats the purpose. Clean and grease the bore before each mounting so it seats fully on the tang.

When the Heavier Bushing Applies

The HD 3-stud bushing is for the 33 inch HD tiller, swivel rotary plow, 35 inch flail, 38 inch lawn mower and two-stage snow blowers. Standard BCS quick hitch tangs and bushings do not fit the 750 or 889.
