BCS 5×10 Foam-Filled Tire Upgrade (New Tractor Purchase)

Ordering a 739, or a 722 or 732 with the 5×10 wheel upgrade, is the moment to add this option: BCS fills the new 5×10 tires with foam before delivery. Flats become impossible, tire pressure no longer needs checking, and each pair gains about 60 lbs of traction-improving weight.

Weight Without Effort

Because foam weight sits at the axle, the pivot point of a two-wheel tractor, it adds grip without making the handlebars heavier to steer. On a 739 running a flail mower through thorny scrub, flat-proof tires are as useful as the extra grip.

Do Not Add Wheel Weights

BCS warns against using foam-filled tires with wheel weights or dual wheels because of the stress on axles and differentials. Consider the extra compaction on wet soils too.
