BCS 5.5″ Fixed Wheel Extensions (Pair)

BCS calls these its rotary plow extensions. The 5.5 inch pair, 2.75 inches per side, is the width BCS recommends for building raised beds with the rotary plow and swivel rotary plow, and its application chart lists them as required for both plows on most tractors.

Why the Plow Needs Them

The rotary plow throws soil to the side to build beds. Spacing the wheels out keeps the tires on the walkway side of the soil it throws. The chart also calls for 5.5 inch extensions with the root digger, and with a 16 inch set they straddle 30 inch beds for the mulch layer.
