BCS 4.5″ Fixed Wheel Extensions (Pair)

The 4.5 inch extensions are the narrowest BCS sells, adding 2.25 inches to each side of the tractor. They widen the stance for stability on hillsides and rough ground, and they are the most flexible set in the range, because they stack with other extensions and can bolt dual wheels together.

Dual Wheels and Stacking

Two sets of 4.5 inch extensions can join a pair of wheels on each side into duals, a practical way to gain flotation and traction on soft ground. A set can also be stacked with the 5.5 inch extensions for a wider base, or combined with the 16 inch set as one route to a width that straddles 30 inch raised beds.

Fitting Tips

Tighten the wheel nuts in a cross pattern, then recheck after the first hour of use. BCS publishes an installation video.
