BCS 30″ Power Sweeper Poly Brush Kit

When the 30 inch power sweeper stops cleaning as well as it used to, and adjusting the caster wheels has not fixed it, the bristles have worn short. This kit replaces the full brush with new nylon (poly) wafers, the standard bristle BCS fits from the factory.

What Is Included

The 30 inch poly kit contains 4 conical poly wafers and 14 wavy poly wafers, the complete set for the 30 inch sweeper’s brush shaft. BCS publishes a how-to video showing the full replacement procedure.

Why Poly

Nylon bristles are kind to paving, decks and painted surfaces and are the right choice for snow and everyday debris. They last a long time if the brush is set so only the tips touch the surface.

Other Options

The 30 inch poly/wire kit adds wire for tougher jobs. Wider sweepers take their own 40 and 48 inch kits.
