Yanmar YLG216 72-Inch Land Grader

The YLG216 is a 72-inch land grader for larger compact tractors from about 35 to 50 HP. At six feet, it levels wide driveways, parking areas and arena surfaces in fewer passes while keeping the fine finish that makes land graders popular.

Heavier Frame

Weighing about 465 pounds, the YLG216 uses the same twin-blade design with a 10-degree blade angle, adjustable depth from level to one and a half inches, and reversible, replaceable high-carbon edges. The square-tube main beam and formed side panels keep the frame rigid across the full width. Overall width is 76 inches, and height to the hitch pins is 16 inches.

Parking Areas and Yards

Grading large yards works best in a pattern of long, overlapping passes rather than short back-and-forth moves, which can leave scalloped edges.
