Yanmar YBB206 72.75-Inch 200 Series Box Scraper

The YBB206 is a 72.75-inch box scraper for compact tractors from about 20 to 45 HP, suited to larger jobs like spreading a truckload of gravel, grading a barn floor or shaping a riding arena. More than six feet of width means more material carried and fewer passes to finish a large area.

Standard-Duty Build

The 200 Series construction includes high-carbon, double-beveled reversible edges front and rear, hardened scarifier shanks with replaceable tips and multiple depth positions, and a reinforced A-frame. A Category 1 quick-hitch compatible mount keeps changeovers quick. Scarifiers can be removed entirely when the job is spreading rather than cutting, which keeps them from snagging on buried pipe or irrigation lines.

Arena and Pad Work

For riding arenas and building pads, finishing with the scarifiers raised and the rear edge doing the work leaves a smooth, even surface. Checking the level with a long straightedge between passes catches high spots early. A second person watching the grade from the side also helps on large pads.
