Yanmar 72″ 200 Series Landscape Rake

Description

Yanmar YLR206 72-Inch 200 Series Landscape Rake

The YLR206 is the 72-inch standard-duty landscape rake in Yanmar’s 200 Series, rated for compact tractors from about 19 to 45 HP. Six feet of raking width suits pasture renovation, food plot preparation and large lawn projects.

Standard-Duty Construction

About 215 pounds of steel carries one-inch-spaced spring tines, each individually bolted for replacement. The rake angles left and right for windrowing and levels straight for seedbed work. The Category 1 hitch is quick-hitch compatible. Its 14.5-inch height gives the tines room to carry a good volume of debris before it spills over the bar.

• Suggested tractor size: 19 to 45 HP
• Approximate weight: 215 lbs

Pasture Renovation

Dragging the rake across a pasture spreads manure piles and breaks up thatch, helping new grass establish. Raking in early spring, before growth starts, gives the best results. Rotating which way the rake is angled from one pass to the next spreads material more evenly across the field.

Standard or Heavy Duty at 72 Inches

The YLR206 is the lighter, lower-cost choice. The heavy-duty YLR306 at the same width adds weight, more tines and dedicated backfill angles for heavier work. For lighter tractors, the 60-inch YLR205 is the easier match.
