Yanmar YDH105 62.5-Inch Disc Harrow for Sub-Compact Tractors

The YDH105 is a compact disc harrow with sixteen 14-inch notched blades across a 62.5-inch cultivation width. It breaks up plowed ground, chops crop residue and prepares food plots, and it is sized for smaller tractors from about 18 to 32 HP.

Blades and Frame

Notched blades cut through residue and hard clods more aggressively than smooth blades. Blade spacing is 7.5 inches, and the harrow weighs about 407 pounds. The Category 0 hitch spacing matches the smallest tractors, so owners of larger compact tractors should confirm fit before ordering. Adjusting the gang angle controls how aggressively the blades throw soil.

Using a Disc After Plowing

Two passes at right angles break clods more evenly than one pass in a single direction. Starting with the gangs at a shallow angle and increasing it only if the soil is not breaking up avoids overworking a small tractor, and greasing the bearings after washing keeps water out of them.
