Vortexx 4000HD 4000 PSI 4 GPM Commercial Gas Pressure Washer

Description

Vortexx 4000HD 4000 PSI 4 GPM Commercial Gas Pressure Washer

The 4000HD is Vortexx’s direct drive 4 GPM commercial machine: a Honda GX390 turning an AR RRV Series triplex plunger pump to 4000 PSI. Vortexx names concrete, asphalt, composite decks, commercial vehicles, graffiti and paint as its work, the flatwork and fleet jobs where flow decides how fast the job goes.

What 4 GPM Changes

Pressure breaks dirt loose, but flow carries it away. Going from 3 to 4 GPM means a third more water moving across the surface, so a parking pad or a box truck rinses clean in fewer passes. Vortexx also lists separate Roto Deck and TPL nozzle sizes for the 4000HD.

Stainless Fittings and Pump Protection

Fittings throughout are stainless steel, including the quick connects on the 5100 PSI commercial gun and its 48 in lance. The pump has VX CoolFlo protection and a commercial grade unloader, and the 50 ft Uber-Flex hose is commercial grade and non-marking. The welded aluminum frame carries the patented Tow & Stow handle and foam-filled tires.

Caring for Stainless Quick Connects

Stainless couplers resist corrosion, but their O-rings still wear. Keep a few spares in the truck, wipe grit from the plug before seating a nozzle, and replace any O-ring that weeps. A leaking coupler wastes pressure at the tip.

4000HD or the Gear Drive 4000XG

For crews running all day, every day, the 4000XG Pro+ uses a gear drive that halves pump speed to stretch pump service intervals. The 4000HOT adds heated water for grease. The 4000HDP is the Prosumer version of this output.
