The Honda-powered 3000HD is a commercial cold water washer that produces 3000 PSI at 3 GPM from a Honda GX200 and an AR triplex plunger pump. It is built on a one-piece welded frame of laser-cut aircraft grade aluminum and weighs a published 102 lb.

Triplex Plunger Pump With COOLFLO

The RCV Series AR triplex plunger pump is protected by Vortexx’s COOLFLO pump protection system and paired with an upgraded commercial grade VRT3 unloader. Vortexx covers the pump for five years, against one year on the axial pump of the 2750LD.

Service Cutouts in the Welded Frame

Vortexx cut openings into the frame for the oil drain and the engine recoil, so routine service does not mean unbolting anything. The u-shaped design shields the engine and pump, and the welded construction has no bolts to rattle loose on a trailer. The patented Tow & Stow handle and foam-filled tires handle the rolling.

Oil Changes Through the Frame

Because the drain sits behind a frame cutout, an oil change takes a pan and a few minutes. Set the machine level on the tailgate, warm the engine for a couple of minutes so the oil flows, and drain it through the opening rather than tipping the machine on its side.
