At 26 inches in diameter, this is the tallest rubber wheel BCS offers. A 6.5 inch wide tire on a 15 inch rim, it lifts the tractor higher than any standard wheel, which BCS explains increases its versatility, since wheel height can decide which attachments a tractor can run and how much clearance it has.

Height and Clearance

BCS’s standard sizes top out at 22 inches. Moving to 26 inches raises the axle and the engine further off the ground, adding clearance over ridges, tall crops and rough terrain. It is an optional size rather than standard equipment on any current model.

Check Attachments First

Raising a tractor changes the working height of everything mounted to it. Before fitting 26 inch wheels, check that tillers, mowers and other attachments still sit at the right height and that their skids or depth wheels can compensate.
