Description

Ariens Deluxe 24 Snow Blower

The Ariens Deluxe 24 Snow Blower 921069 delivers dependable snow clearing performance in a compact, maneuverable package designed for residential driveways and walkways. With a 24 In / 61cm clearing width, 252 cc Ariens AX engine, and Auto-Turn steering, this machine combines the quality and durability Ariens is known for with user-friendly features that make snow removal efficient and less physically demanding.

Right-Sized for Residential Properties

The 24 In / 61cm clearing width of the Deluxe 24 is perfectly sized for standard residential driveways, sidewalks, and patios. The compact footprint makes the machine easy to maneuver in tight spaces and simple to store when not in use, while still providing enough clearing capacity to handle moderate to heavy snowfall efficiently.

The two-stage clearing system features a 14-inch steel serrated auger that breaks up packed snow and ice, feeding it into a high-speed three-blade steel impeller. The impeller throws snow up to 50 feet away, placing it well clear of driveways and walkways. The machine handles everything from light, fluffy snow to heavy, wet accumulation and compacted drifts with consistent performance.

Ariens AX Engine and Disc-O-matic Drive

Powering the Deluxe 24 is the 252 cc Ariens AX® engine, engineered for reliable starting and consistent performance in cold weather. The engine provides ample power for the two-stage clearing system while maintaining fuel efficiency and dependable operation throughout the winter season.

The Disc-O-matic drive transmission offers six forward speeds and two reverse speeds, allowing you to match your ground speed to snow conditions. The disc-drive system provides smooth, variable speed control and is known for its durability and ease of adjustment. The 16-inch directional snow tread tires provide excellent traction on paved surfaces and moderate inclines.

Auto-Turn Steering for Easy Maneuverability

One of the key features of the Deluxe 24 is the Auto-Turn steering system, which dramatically reduces the effort required to maneuver the machine. By simply squeezing the control lever on either handle, you can steer the snow blower with minimal physical effort. This feature makes it easy to navigate around cars, landscaping, and other obstacles while reducing operator fatigue during extended use. The system disengages the drive wheel on one side, allowing the machine to pivot smoothly around the engaged wheel without requiring you to push or pull the machine around.

The Auto-Turn system is particularly valuable for homeowners who want powerful snow clearing capability without the physical strain of wrestling a heavy machine around tight spaces. This technology makes the Deluxe 24 as easy to maneuver as much smaller machines while maintaining the clearing capacity and power of a full-size snow blower.

Quality Construction and User-Friendly Features

The Ariens Deluxe 24 is built with quality components designed for long-term durability. The auger housing is constructed from heavy-gauge steel with a powder-coat finish that resists rust and corrosion. The cast iron gear case provides years of reliable service, and the steel reversible skid shoes protect the scraper bar while allowing you to adjust the clearing height for different surfaces.

The machine includes LED headlights for early morning or evening snow clearing, 120-volt electric start for reliable cold-weather starting, and a quick-turn chute control system that makes it easy to adjust snow discharge direction. The in-dash deflector control lever allows you to change the throwing distance without leaving the operator position. Optional heated hand grips are available for added operator comfort in extremely cold weather.

Ideal Applications

The Ariens Deluxe 24 Snow Blower 921069 is ideal for homeowners with standard residential driveways, walkways, and patios. It is well-suited for regions with moderate to heavy snowfall and excels on paved surfaces and moderate slopes. The combination of compact size, Auto-Turn steering, quality construction, and reliable performance makes this machine an excellent choice for homeowners who want dependable snow removal without the complexity or cost of larger, commercial-grade equipment.
