Vortexx MV925W Weep Trigger Gun 4500 PSI Pressure Washer Spray Gun

Description

Vortexx MV925W Weep Trigger Gun 4500 PSI Pressure Washer Spray Gun

The MV925W is a weep trigger gun: it lets a small amount of water keep flowing at all times, even with the trigger released. Weep guns are common in car washes, truck washes and other wash bays in northern climates, where a closed gun and a still hose can freeze between vehicles.

Freeze Protection Through Constant Flow

Moving water is far harder to freeze than water standing in a gun and hose. The weeping action keeps the line flowing through cold nights and slow periods. In hot climates, Vortexx notes it can also help keep the pump cooler.

MV925W Limits

• Max pressure: 4500 PSI
• Max flow: 9 GPM
• Max temperature: 300°
• Action: weep

Less Pressure Kick at the Trigger

Because the gun never fully closes, the initial kick when the trigger is pulled is softer, which reduces water hammer in the pump. Plan for the weep water to go somewhere, such as a bay drain or a gravel apron, so it does not ice over a walkway.

Weep Gun or Standard Gun

For heated bays and portable work, the MV2012CB rear entry gun with a 48 in lance is the standard trigger option.
