Yanmar 84″ 200 Series Landscape Rake

Description

Yanmar YLR207 84-Inch 200 Series Landscape Rake

The YLR207 is the widest standard-duty landscape rake Yanmar offers, spanning 84 inches for tractors from about 24 to 45 HP. It suits large properties, hay field cleanup and pasture work, where seven feet of width reduces the number of passes.

Wide and Manageable

Weighing about 238 pounds, it keeps the lighter 200 Series construction with one-inch-spaced spring tines, individually bolted, and multiple angle positions for windrowing or leveling. The Category 1 hitch accepts quick hitches. The tine bar stands about 14.5 inches tall, carrying a useful amount of debris across a wide swath. Replacing bent tines promptly keeps the gap even across the full width.

• Hitch: Category 1
• Suggested tractor size: 24 to 45 HP
• Approximate weight: 238 lbs

Hay Field Cleanup

Before the first cutting, raking up sticks and stones that washed in over winter protects mower and baler knives. Windrowing the debris to the field edge makes it easy to collect. Raking the perimeter first and then working toward the center keeps the windrows from being run over.

Comparing 84-Inch Rakes

Pick the YLR207 for mid-size tractors and lighter use. The heavy-duty YLR307 adds weight and backfill angles for tougher work. Owners with narrower gates may prefer the 72-inch YLR206.
