Yanmar YLR205 60-Inch Landscape Rake

The YLR205 is a 60-inch landscape rake for compact tractors from about 19 to 40 HP. It is the size that covers the tire tracks of most compact tractors, which is useful when preparing a lawn bed because the rake erases the wheel marks as it goes.

Spring Steel Tines

The tines are spring steel, spaced one inch apart and bolted individually for easy replacement. Multiple angle positions left and right let the rake windrow rocks and debris or level straight ahead, and the heavy steel main beam resists bending. The rake weighs about 195 pounds and uses a Category 1 quick-hitch compatible mount. Standing about 14.5 inches tall, the tine bar clears most mounds without catching.

Clearing After Construction

After building or excavation, a landscape rake pulls out the rocks, concrete chunks and roots left in the fill. Several passes at different angles bring more debris to the surface than one straight pass. Picking up the windrowed debris with a loader bucket right away keeps it from being scattered by the next pass.
