With their light footprint, Snowdogs are very popular with ice fishermen, who use the Snowdog to pull themselves and their gear far out on frozen lakes. Snowdogs can travel safely and swiftly on ice, and can tow heavy loads easily. A Snow dog sled can carry fishermen and their gear to fishing sites where ATVs can’t go, and can get them there with far less effort than it would take to walk.
